Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. We do not process returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Tip: Always inspect your garments before decorating them.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within two weeks.


We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@halo26.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos showing the issue (required for damages, defects, or incorrect items)

You must receive a valid Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back. Without an RA number, our warehouse will not accept returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (when applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Orders under $500: return shipping is free
  • Orders over $500: return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately—but no later than 72 hours—if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.




Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Printed, washed, or decorated merchandise
  • Discontinued items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need proof of purchase. This 14-day period applies regardless of other policy terms and is in accordance with EU consumer law.




Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
