Application Instructions

• Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
• Time: 8–10 seconds
• Peel: Hot peel — remove film immediately after pressing
• Pressure: Medium-firm

Every heat press is different. Start with these recommended settings and adjust temperature and time up or down as needed for your specific press and garment.
